If you have a meditation instrument—such as crystal sound bowls, hand drums, gongs, wooden flutes, Tibetan singing bowls, or crystal tuning forks—bring it along and play with us! Don’t have an instrument? No worries! Maethel will have a few on hand for participants to use.
